Refund Policy

The short version

An unlock is a one-time purchase of a digital creation that is delivered to your browser immediately. Because delivery is instant and we store nothing, unlocks are generally non-refundable once delivered. If something genuinely went wrong, we'll make it right (see below). That's why we show you exactly how it works on the homepage examples before you ever pay: drag the before/after slider on real example rooms, then pay $4.99 one-time to generate your own two rooms in full resolution.

When we'll refund you

Charged but nothing delivered. If your payment succeeded but your unlock failed to deliver, we'll refund it or re-issue your creation.
Double / duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same creation, we'll refund the extra charge.
A clear technical fault on our side that stopped you receiving what you paid for.

Email keon.me@gmail.com within 14 days with the code shown on screen and your payment receipt, and we'll sort it. Please don't pay twice; contact us first.

When we usually can't refund

The unlock delivered successfully and you changed your mind, or the AI result wasn't to your taste. AI output is creative and unpredictable, which is why the homepage examples are there so you can see how it works before paying.
You didn't download your results before closing or refreshing the tab. We store nothing, so a creation can't be recovered after you leave, so please download it right away.

Immediate delivery & your consent

By completing checkout for an unlock, you ask us to begin delivering the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that, once delivered, any statutory "cooling-off" / right of withdrawal no longer applies, to the extent permitted by law.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.
